Regarding the above-mentioned subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the high-voltage service wires passed over my property no. N.A. R.S. No. 190B/Plot No: 58, situated at Sushilchandra Nagar, near Devchand College, within the limit of Kodani Gram Panchayat, Kodani, Tal-Nipani (now in CMC, Nipani).
Sir, I am planning to commence construction on this property soon. However, the presence of these high-voltage wires poses potential electrical hazards and safety risks that could impact the construction process and endanger both workers and future occupants. Besides, the wires restrict the optimal use of my property for the intended construction.
Therefore, I request that the high-voltage service wires be either removed or relocated to ensure safety and to allow for efficient use of the property
